These terms cover your use of Pinpoints at pinpoints.cc. By creating an account or using a preview link you agree to them.
What Pinpoints is
Pinpoints hosts private design previews behind tokenised links and collects pinned feedback and approvals on them. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
Your account
- You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
- The free plan has usage limits; paid plans lift them. We may adjust plan limits with notice.
Your content
- What you upload stays yours. We only host and serve it so the product works.
- You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, and that it isn't unlawful, infringing or malicious.
- We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
Acceptable use
No abuse: no attempting to breach other accounts' data, no flooding, scraping or resale of the service, no hosting of malware or phishing pages.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Pinpoints isn't liable for indirect or consequential damage, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the changelog. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
